Secret Santa
Instructions:
- The moderator creates a new Secret Santa event
- The moderator enters all the data (name, own email address for contact, email addresses of all Secret Santas, time of revelation). The own email address must also be entered with the Secret Santas if you want to participate as a Secret Santa yourself.
- The moderator notes down the code. Only with this can access be gained to the administration.
- The moderator saves and thereby creates the Secret Santa event for all participants. For all participating Secret Santas, a personal code has now been created. This code may be handed out to the individual Secret Santa at the end.
- The moderator must now shuffle the Secret Santas. This can be done any number of times. Once done, the personal code can be handed out to each participant. Each Secret Santa now sees who they can give a gift to.
- Once the time of revelation comes, this will automatically be displayed to everyone.
Notes & Usage:
- For each Secret Santa event and each participant, there is always their own code. Each Secret Santa can thus participate in any number of Secret Santa events.
- Currently no emails are sent. Everything works via code.
- Note the code and don't lose it. Secret Santas can ask the moderator for it again.
- This is a private project and may be used for free. By creating a Secret Santa, all users acknowledge this.
- The project is worked on sporadically. There may be error messages. Please just try again at a later time.
- In case of abuse, affected content will be deleted without warning.
- At the bottom is an email address for support.
Work in progress:
- Retroactive adding and removing of Secret Santas
- SMS/Messenger sending for notifications
